How We Work Together
Step 1 - Say Hello
Drop me a message and tell me what you’re thinking — whether it’s a fully-formed idea or just “I know I need something, but I’m not sure what yet.”
Step 2 - Proper Chat
We’ll talk through your business, your goals, and what you actually need (not just what you think you need).
Step 3 - Clear Plan & Pricing
I’ll send over a simple proposal with costs, timelines, and what’s included — all nice and clear, no hidden bits.
Step 4 - Booking It In
To get started, I take a deposit
(usually 30–50% depending on the project). It secures your slot and means I can give your project my full attention.
I’ll get to work on initial ideas and concepts — this is where things start to come to life.
You’ll have time to review everything and we’ll refine it together until it feels spot on.
Once everything’s signed off, I’ll send over your final designs, ready to use wherever you need them.
(And… I might cheekily ask for a testimonial — no pressure, but it really helps!)
